Moving On

Bob and Betty are now elders and thinking of all the things they have been threw together. Their love has made it threw fires, moving, thieves, and 4 amazing kids. Now its time to relax and watch them grow.

With both Blaine and Shantel's birthday's coming up the two decided to start dating and hopefully continue a relationship as young adults!

Betty continued to work with Zoey with talking so that she would grow up well. She only had a few more days it seemed like all the kids would be growing up in a matter of days apart.

Why did you miss school today Violet I thought you were going to try to be a better student and role model? Sarah asked.

I had a doctor's appointment and then I went fishing since there was only a few hours left of school but I should be there tomorrow!

Knowing that Sarah was going to be a teenager soon the family built a bath room that connected to both Sarah and Violets room. Both girls didn't mind sharing a bathroom!

Marisa (Madellia's daughter) was looking good with her new look! Its amazing what a new hair style and clothes can really do for a person.

Shantel was also looking really nice. Blaine was head over heals for her and had a surprise planned for her birthday.

Suddenly Sarah grew up into a teenager she looked really pretty with blond hair and her light green eyes but she wanted to change her clothes and hair.

Much better she looked allot like Betty did when she was a teenager but Sarah was very different from her mom she was huge flirt and was a hopeless romantic.

Sarah was very happy to be able to interact with Zoey more and help out around the house. She was also excited to have Blaine move out so all 3 girls could have their own rooms.

Blaine broke the news to Bob. "Dad I'm in love with Shantel, and I plan to marry her." Blaine told bob at breakfast that morning.

"Son let me tell you something, Love is so much like art its beautiful to the person who has the paint brush and with time it becomes even more beautiful and powerful. You can always add more to a painting but never can anything be taken away," Bob stated.

Blaine then make breakfast for the whole family. Knowing that both Shantel and himself would grow up today he had a perfect evening planned (with his mom's help)

Blaine grew up after his morning shower. "Interesting place to age up bro," snickered Violet. Shantel was cheering him on but also needed  shower so she needed him to move out of her way.

Sarah was finishing her homework from Friday so that she would have her weekend free and Bob was working on potty training Zoey.

Violet decided she wanted to try to take on the 101 baby challenge! She was eager to grow up so that she could get started. She had a few guys in mind to start her out.

In order for Blaine's surprise to work he needed to get Shantel out of the house. The girls went to the spa and had different treatments done. They had a blast but where ready to get home.

But Shantel had no idea what was waiting for her. All of her siblings and her parents came over for a surprise birthday party. Shantel was so happy they all came.

She grew up well and loved having her family there including a sister in law, a few nephews and nieces, brothers, sisters, and brother in law! But most important her parents showed up.

After a quick change of clothes the REAL surprise happened. Blaine proposed to Shantel and she said....

YES! They talked it over a little while and realized since all of their families where already there why wait to get married. So Shantel quickly changed into her mother's wedding dress ( her mother brought it in case Shantel said yes) and they had a private wedding with just family.

It was their dream come true and they were so happy to be Mr. and Mrs. Newbie! They already had their sights on a house and figured they would move in the morning.

"Blaine I love you so much thank you for being such an amazing husband  I couldn't have dreamed up a better birthday, engagement, or wedding!" Shantel said with tears in her eyes.

Shantel changed into her normal formal dress so that she could sit. She was still in shock that the was married and Blaine couldn't help but sit there as proud as could be.

The couple enjoyed their first night together and where happy to move in the morning. They both wanted to have a baby so they decided to try!

Everyone was sleeping and it was going to be a new start in the morning with Blaine an Shantel moving out and 2 more birthdays coming up. This house sure was going to change.

The sun rise was beautiful and the newlyweds got their things packed up and they where more than ready to move.

This is their new house! Isn't it beautiful its a 3 bedroom so its prefect to start a family and another big bonus is that...

It had a fenced in back yard great for little ones to play in. They were so happy to have a place with so much space!

and then there were 5 left. But Zoey was ready to grow up so she aged up and Violet's birthday is tomorrow (sims days) and so that got her excited about her baby challenge!

Zoey grew us and was a cutie pie. She had her hair in a pony tail and she had a pretty dress to show off her girl side.

Betty and Bob were once again proud parents and they were happy that they were able to raise 4 wonderful children.

Violet told her parents that she wanted to do the baby challenge and they both told her it would be hard work and that she might want to give up after 5 or 6 kids as a single mom but they would both be there if she needed anything.

Violet called an old friend. "Hey its me... Yeah, well I'm 100% sure about the baby challenge. Yup, hahaha well I was calling to see if you would help me get started?... Well I'm going to be a young adult tomorrow and maybe we could get started right away! AWESOME thanks I knew I could count on you :)

Thank you for reading I'm really excited about the baby challenge. To make things easy I'm going to start a new blog for just Violet and her kiddos! Its going to be just a little different at first since she will still be living at home but I have a feeling it will work out perfectly! A Special Surprise

Someone is going to give their mother a heart attack. Violet was tired of feeling fat and ugly so she decided instead of going to school she would work out. 

What do you mean you didn't go to school? I can't believe you Violet what has gotten into you? Working out can wait till AFTER school.

Violet still didn't go to school and instead took care of Sarah! She loved taking care of her little sister who was sure to be the "favorite" daughter.

Violet bought a music box for Sarah and wished loved the sound the sweet music made. She knew that Sarah would love it.

Blaine wanted to be friends with Shantel Crosby and they really seemed to hit it off. Blaine felt bad for her being in a small place with so many kids. (Shantel is #6 of 8 kids)

Betty tucked little Sarah in bed knowing that the older kids would be home soon and Betty knew that Violet wasn't going to like the talk they were going to have.

Betty just looked at Violet wondering why she felt she needed to act out in such a way that made her look like trash. 

Just then a fire broke out in the house. Betty was worried about the fire but Violet was disgusted by her brother in his pajamas and pink bunny slippers.

When everyone else in the house was heading to bed Violet felt the need to get to know some people around town. Who knew that the curfew would sneak up on her like that?

Trying to run away Violet tripped and fell and the cop caught her and took her home. All Violet could think about was her mom yelling at her.

The cop was nice and helped her up then helped her into the car. You know Violet this pattern isn't a good one. You really need to get back into school and start working on a future.

Here she is Betty sorry to keep running into you like this. The officer left but Betty's anger got the best of her. VIOLET WHY? Gee mom I didn't realize what time it was.

Betty calmed down enough to try not to yell. Violet what is going on? I love you so much and can't stand to see you act this way. Sarah looks up to you and she's going to be a child soon and your example is important.

Violet when in to take care of Sarah but mainly to hold her one last time before she would grow up. Sarah don't be like me I'm trouble with a capital T. You need to grow up and show mom and dad what great parents they are.

Violet gave Sarah one last hug before setting her down to grow up. Violet knew that her example was poor but she wanted her parents to pay for not caring about her (so she felt)

Sarah grew up and had beautiful blond hair. She truly was a pretty girl and it reminded Violet even more how Sarah was the golden daughter that Betty and Bob had been wanting.

Morning came quickly and Sarah was very excited about her first day of school. You coming Violet? she asked when running out the door. Violet didn't have a chance to answer and maybe it was better that way.

Betty got started on her morning routine now that she quit her job and wanted to focus on playing her guitar. She read the paper for good news.

She then wanted to fix both the shower and the sink before the kids got home from school. Betty was big on keeping the house up to date and everything working properly. 

The potty chair had not been cleaned since last night and so Betty had the dirty job of taking care of it. But Betty was happy because well this was going to be the last baby of the family.

Then Betty made sure to purchase a fire alarm. Now that the teenagers are cooking this will become very handy.

Betty took a break and was thinking about the family and how things hadn't gone as planned but things where going pretty well. Other than Violet and her disruptive behavior.

Betty headed down town to play her guitar and a large crowd gathered around her. She decided to move to a different destination so that people could sit and enjoy themselves.

They didn't go far but everyone followed and a few more joined. If you notice here Addy (Heather Crosby's oldest daughter) is expecting her first child. 

Violet cooked up some hot dogs and they were a big hit. Everyone was happy that she made them and Violet enjoyed helping her mom.

Violet got a phone call form her probation officer telling her that she needed to head home to make sure she didn't break curfew. Violet got upset but after hanging up the phone she understood that it was important to TRY to stay out of trouble.

She changed her look a little bit adding some goth make up but covering more skin because she had noticed at her mom's party that she had gained some weight. 

Betty and Bob also purchased a custom made treadmill for Violet so that she could work out in her room. Violet LOVED IT! She couldn't wait to work out ALL THE TIME! 

 They also got her a book shelf and chair knowing how much she enjoyed reading. Bob and Betty where working hard to make Violet happy.

Violet decided she would go to school the next day. Everyone was excited but mainly Sarah! She couldn't wait to see Violet in school but Violet didn't want to ride the bus and everyone understood and just wanted her in school.

Betty got a phone call from Violets probation officer telling her that she was more than welcome to start attending school and all her teachers where ready to help her with her classes.

When Betty went to tell Violet the good news she found Violet on the treadmill so Betty decided to leave her alone.

Betty headed to the book store to get a few more songs to learn and when she was learning them people began to watch her. Bob even stopped by on his way home from the hospital.

ONLY to go back to deliver a baby! He left quickly hoping for a safe delivery and he also wanted to make sure that the mom was comfortable during labor.

All went well and it was a text book delivery. Little Guadalupe Williams was born! She was happy and healthy and went to join her big sister and dad at home.

Do you recognize her? This is Marisa, Madellia's daughter! She invited Blaine over to hang out so the cousins got a chance to get to know each other better.

Bob and Betty where happy things where hitting a happy normal for once. It was great to have the kids happy and even Violet was showing an improvement with her attitude and wanting to go to school. They didn't care about her goth looking style they just wanted her to make good choices.

The two had a romantic night together knowing that Bob would be an elder soon and Betty would be just a few short days after him.

GOOD MORNING! Betty got up and started to get cleaned up ready to perform at a party today. She wanted to perform at 10 different venues and party's! 

Betty has ROCKING IT and everyone enjoyed the party it was and EPIC with the whole town talking about how wonderful Betty was.

and out of no where another woman went into labor. Bob again took her to the hospital but the party was still taking place so no pictures where taken BUT she had Twin girls.

Violet got in trouble AGAIN and this time it wasn't really her fault so everyone let it slide. Violet was in tears thinking she was going to mess things up again.

Betty all of a sudden grew a tiny belly! She was pregnant AGAIN! Baby #4 and the last baby to join the Newbie clan. 

Betty you did a great job at the party, Bob said while giving Betty a hug. Sorry I had to leave early to deliver the babies. You know it kind of made want another little one. Betty giggled knowing what she was about to tell him.

Well if you really want to have another one then how about in a few days? Bob looked slightly stunned by what Betty was telling him.

Then it clicked WHAT A BABY! THATS AWESOME, I CAN'T WAIT, Do you want to know what it is? Bob's excitement was beyond what Betty had expected. 

If you want to know Bob then I want to know, Betty said with Bob giving her a thumbs up! We will find out then, Bob replied.

We are going to have a baby girl! Bob was happy he loved having daughters and Betty pretty sure already that it was going to be a girl but it was nice to know for sure!

Sarah was excited about being a big sister because she was sure that she was going to be the youngest of the family! She couldn't wait to see her little sister. Mom do you think she will look like me? Sarah asked with a big smile. Well Sarah so far ALL of you kids have looked different so who knows what she will look like?

I love you mom Sarah said while giving Betty a hug. Oh sweetie I love you too! Betty loved that Sarah was such a smart and fun little girl who was excited to have a younger sibling.

Sarah loved to back and decided to work on some blueberry muffins! She loved to play house and with a little sister it would be like she was the mom and her little sister was her daughter.

Even Violet joined in on the excitement for a new little one! Mom have you thought of any names yet? Violet asked with a few in mind in case Betty needed help.

They started to joke around and Betty then said well I want something so unique people will question if its even a name like Sparkle or Pixie! They both laughed and got ready for Betty to perform at yet another party.

It was for a high school reunion! They were all elders and were also all graduates 50+ years ago. Betty had a blast playing for them.

And Sarah made a friend! She won this game too

Betty got home and realized a fire had taken place. Good thing no one was hurt and that it only was going to take$400 to replace the broken stove.

Mom your growing fast! You look great though, Blaine added quickly knowing that Betty was pregnant and hormonal.

Bob worked on fixing the TV but after Betty reminded him of Laurel's husband Bob decided to call a repairman in the morning.

They headed to bed and all Betty could dream about was money and babies! She even had a dream they had twins. Betty was hoping for just one little girl but if they happened to have twins she would be fine with that.

In the morning Betty looked HUGE! She knew that she grew fast but this was only day 2 and look how big she is.

Violet started to look really good and she figured it was about time to change her style again! She wanted to show off her new body.

New look #3! She looked GREAT and decided to throw a party in the park and have her mom play guitar and help out with her mom's goal of 10 performances at 10 different venues.

The party was a huge hit! But Violet was a little mad when she realized she wasn't the only one showing off their awesome curves.

THE SAME DRESS???? The shoes where a little different but the Westfall girl looked way to skinny to be pulling off a dress like this. Violet was made she didn't change the dress before heading to her party.

Betty started labor at 1:54 she was in so much pain but knew that a home birth was what she wanted. Bob was fully supportive and if he felt they needed to go to the hospital they would.

At 4:32 little Zoey Marie Newbie was born! 6lbs 5oz and 20inch THE FAMILY WAS COMPLETE!

Violet loved the name Zoey and was shocked her mom chose it. Violet thought Wow mom like it too...

Since the house was made for 3 kids little Zoey would be sharing a room with Sarah, but Sarah didn't mind she LOVED having Zoey in her room!

The next day the rest of the family was able to meet little Zoey and they were more than happy to have her. Their special SURPRISE!

I hope you have enjoyed this part of my Newbie story! Now that their are 4 kids I'm rethinking how I'm going to have the story line go.
